The price is extremely reasonable and reflects our policy of not providing linen. Light and heavy weight duvets are provided, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. Terms and conditions: There will be a £50 deposit which in addition to the rental charge which will be refunded assuming the house is left similarly tidy as found and without damage to any furnishings or household items. There is detailed information that will be provided when you make a booking. phiscis welcomes non-smokers and people without pets. The deposit of £50 will need to be made to secure your booking with a full payment made 1 month before your booking is due to commence. Please get in touch for further details.
