The cottage offers comfortable and basic facilities with a well equipped kitchen (standard electric cooker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, dish washing machine, crockery, utensils etc.), living room (double settee, easy chair and chairs, books and local information and some games - no television), bathroom and two bedrooms.

Hot water and the central heating system are provided by an oil fired boiler system.

Accommodation comprises:

• Master bedroom with double bed.
• Second bedroom with a single bed, and a slightly smaller trundle bed that slides out from under the bed and will set at the same height with the feet locked into position.

 The price is extremely reasonable with the onus on you to provide your own linen. duvets and pillows are provided, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers.

Tuddenham is a small village with an upmarket restaurant and a hairdresser by way of services. Mildenhall is the nearest town (about 4 miles) reached by crossing the A11 which has a range of shops including a small but well stocked Sainsbury, restaurants, take aways and Public Houses etc. The nearest large supermarkets can be found in Newmarket or Bury St. Edmunds.
